Workshop held Thurs 28th - Fri 29th August 1975 at Lincoln Institute, Melbourne, as part of the 18th LAA Biennial Conference, Melbourne, 23rd - 29th August, 1975. The workshop examined the future role of the medical library in meeting the changing needs of the medical profession and the developing needs of the paramedical professions, and how this role can best be fulfilled. 19770110 Darwin Hospital Medical Library received funds to re-establish stocks lost in Cyclone Tracy. This library is under administrative control of the librarian Australian Health Department (Bert Pribac). There is also a Nurses Library in the Tutorial Department.
